This marks a bit of a new beginning for Peak Oil Company. We’ll spend a lot less time on the made-to-order for a time, focusing instead on the creation of stock for display and sale. I recently sold a few items directly through Instagram, in minutes! So making bulk to pattern rather than single items to order would take a heck of a lot of pressure off. This means I can invest in bringing on other makers and I've started training up a few locals up here around Mount Dandenong.
But don't worry, special orders will still happen, they just won't be a central business model. It’s a great way to develop new product, and test new ideas. So keep contacting us if you want something special.
