Ski Touring with Wool Ponchos in Baw Baw National Park, Australia

My youngest duaghter and I took wool Canvas Ponchos ski touring Baw Baw National Park from Mount Saint Gwinear, Australia. Mount Saint Gwinear is a lovely way to access the Baw Baw plateau. There we test out a wool lined waxed canvas poncho ski touring on a cold winter day, and found them to be perfect! I’ll be adding this to the range next year.

Natural Materials Snow Camping in Australia

Another trip with my youngest daughter, this time to Mount Stirling at the start of the snow season. We set up the canvas wall tent with a wood heater, and did some easy ski touring for a couple of days. Here we wore the wool hood/cowls over possum knit sweaters and wool pants over hemp knit long underwear and found the clothing to be more than adequate in the snow fall early winter dump.
